Program for the coaches course

We are glad to inform you that Bruguera Tennis Academy Top Team starts in this year 2008 the new courses for the training of coaches.

The aim is giving to know the training system of Bruguera Tennis Academy developed by Lluis Bruguera in his more than 35 years of experience as a professional coach.

The course basis are aspects such as: tecnique, tactics, physical, psychological that form a tennis player:

Tecnique

• Basis of the Lluis Bruguera system

• Appropriate exercises to achive technical improvement

Fitness

• Differential concepts in tennis practice

Movility / Movement / Feet Game

Tactical

• Training exercises depending on the aim

• Construction of personalized game

Exercises

• Analyzing errors and finding the way to correct them

Physiotherapy

• Frequent injuries. Why do we get injured?

Psychology

• Construction of intuitive intelligence

• Work on mecanisms of automation

Software as a tool of analysis of tecnique-tactical

• Utilities

• Practice

The course takes place from Monday to Friday from, 9h to 13h and 14.30h to 16.30h.
